Authenticator required
Finish the second security step before case records can load.
- Open an authenticator app and choose Add account.
- Scan the Project Grant QR code below.
- Enter the current six-digit code. Codes change about every 30 seconds.
An authenticator app creates rotating six-digit security codes. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, or another time-based authenticator will work.
The QR image could not be displayed on this device. Open “Can’t scan the QR code?” below and enter the setup key manually.

On the same phone, choose “Enter a setup key” in your authenticator app and paste the key above.
Do not share the QR code, setup key, or six-digit codes. Keep the Project Grant entry in your authenticator after setup.
